We are the end of the year 2010 and its going to be 2011. Wow! I must thank this year. Life has changed a lot in 2010.
I am just recollecting my old blog that was written at the end of year 2009 (Bye Bye Year 2009). I am sorry to say I didn’t do anything that I planned for this year and it took a year to know the definition for the word “New year resolution“.
Anything that you may want to do in life, you don’t need to do that because you can do that any time. But you have to put a reminder for yourself at the end of the year to carry forward all the resolution next year ;) (Epidi namma explanation)
Over all Glance of Year 2010
  • Trip to Coimbatore for no reason, spent two days with Mohan roaming, chatting…
  • My birthday cake cutting Celebration at Chennai International Airport. (while taking this photo,  squads were searching a bag back to us which was suspected as Bomb. We were not informed about that to avoid panic )

  • Kannan went to Malaysia working as Graphic Designer now.
  • Karthick working as HR more over started working.
  • Kumar came back to India.
  • Saravanan and Usha blessed with a Girl Baby. And I named that girl as “Kanishka” (Impact of Anushka)
  • Satheesh and Indhu blessed with a Boy baby and again here I named that boy as “Ishaan” (Impact from TZP)
  • Likes of this year: FIFA world Cup, Photography, Raghavendra temple, My Name is Khan, 3 Idiots,  Inception, Ayarathil Oruvan, VTV,  MMA, Jogging, Yoga.
Turning back to 2010,
  • Donated blood helped for a heart surgery, I didn’t know what happen to the patient. But still I feel happy for that. (March)
  • Gifted myself a new SLR camera Canon EOS 1000D and started learning Photography.  It’s just started like a hobby and became as a passion, My Thanks to Krishna, Narayan and Shiv kumar for helping, guiding on this. And now somehow the gallery grows to 60 pictures. Initially I got only two models and still I have only those two models. I have to thank them too for allowing me to take their picture.  Here are those models… (April)
  • Vyomitha first birthday. One of the best moments of this year. Gaji, Karthick, and I joined together made all arrangements for the party and worst part was I took all the photos for the function. Most of the pictures were taken badly, since it was starting of my photography, but things gone well and end up with a good party. (April)
  • Joined SRM University for engineering studies, I can’t say that as my higher studies but still it’s my long time wish and dream that fades day by day. I must thank to KR. Prabhu who initiated and helped me to rethink about my Engineering dream. I must say this as new step in life and I will write more in details after completing this. (August)
  • Mathu gave an opportunity to use my photo as a front cover of a Monthly magazine published by Navayugam Trust. (October)
  • And now updating this post from Norway, Yes I came for an onsite work. This is my first trip to other country. The trip to European country gave lots of exposure to the life style here and I realized how I miss and love my family, friends, Native and country too.. (November & December)
Wishes of year 2011
No resolution or wishes for the coming year, I will do something better than 2010.
Looking forward to write better post at the end of Year 2011.
So lets welcome 2011, bye bye 2010 !!!

Canon EOS 1000D, a basic model for the beginner to learn photography. I never took a picture properly in my life. Only thing I know in the camera is if we click the shutter button it will take photo. I don’t know any thing apart from that. I use to see lots of photographs online. I thought any one can take photos who have a Camera.

This is my camera .

After I started using my camera I came to know this not a easy thing and I can’t learn this over the night like what I did for semester Examination.

Now what I have to do?

  1. Able to set what my subject on the photo.
  2. Able to focus my subject with proper frames
  3. Should able to control aperture, Shutter Speed, Exposure, ISO etc,
  4. Understand lights
  5. and finally use only Manual Focus.

I never know what the meaning of the above words and I will never going to learn this.

I will keep my target to take good photography (at least following some basic rules) with in three months.

Road less traveled which will cover this photography too.
